What should I wear/bring?

Pilates is a low-impact workout that involves a lot of bending, stretching, folding and balancing so wear something comfortable and breathable.

We kindly ask for grip socks to be worn on the reformers, these can be borrowed or purchased in the studio.

Please also bring some water, this can be filled up in the Studio.

Which Class should I book?
 
A description of each of our classes are on our class page. If you are unsure, just drop us an email or message.
Can I get changed at the studio?

We do have toilets that your welcome to change in and a space to store your belongings during class. We will be adding a shower in the future.

Is there parking?

We have 6 spaces directly in front of the building, alternatively there is ample free parking on James Nicolson Link (the road turning into our car park).

What is your cancellation policy?

To keep things fair for all clients and to help our instructors manage waitlists, we kindly ask that any class cancellations be made 24 hours before your class starts.

Cancellations made 24+ hours before class: you will be credit back to your account.

Late cancellations and no shows: will be charged in full.
